Wit & Whim

At Wit & Whim, I create on-brand digital content including flyers, product photographs (above), and short-form videos (below). The store has a modern gothic vibe and I keep that in mind when developing new content strategies.

ROMEO AND JULIET

Using Photoshop I created a parody of Italian Vogue to create mock covers of the actors in costume. With witty page turners I increased interaction on paid promotions on Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok (above). In addition to creating video promtions using Premier Pro (below). I also developed an in-person marketing strategy in which rehearsals would be held in a public park with a large poster and QR code to direct viewers to buy tickets and donate. @spokehouse_Productions.

MEASURING GOD

I was Director, Director of Photography, and Editor in Chief for this wonderful take on Measure for Measure by Eloise Gordon which can be viewed below. 

HAMLET

As Social Media Manager for this production of Hamlet, I wanted to create an edgy eye-catching poster since the Shakespearean classic is so often produced. In addition, I created a humorous Soap Opera Digest parody poster (above). For this campaign I engaged in social media marketing as well as networked at  establishments such as The Player’s Club. At these events we would have the actors come costumed and in characer, socializing with club members and handing out flyers for production dates and fundraising. @spokehouse_productions

WHOEVER SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH

As Graphic Designer for this production during the peak of covid, I had to capture an audience through new methods. The play has various allusions to Italy, travel, and the weight of inheritance. I drew inspiration from these themes and a character, appropriately named Atlas, to create a modern and vibrant version of the classic ‘Atlas’. @wearethefricks

TRUE OUTCOMES

True Outcomes is a husband-wife, folk/rock duo. As their Social Media Manager, I aimed to capture their rustic aesthetic in posters for their weekly shows, as well as attending performances and filming their sets to add to Instagram and Tiktok. @trueoutcomes

THE GRAND HORIZONTAL

Every year @wearethefricks puts on The Annual Mischief Night Connundrum Spectacular, a top secret location specific event the night before Halloween. The 2022 production was an absurd retelling of the life and times of Cora Pearl; an 18th Century Courtesan. I created posters above as well as designed the lightiing, sound and projections below.
